Arc Raiders Rewards and Routes for U4GM Players
Stuck on Celeste's Greasing Her Palms quest? This quick walkthrough covers the tricky room, rocket thrusters, floor-six barricade, safe routes, and the rewards waiting at the end.
Why does Greasing Her Palms feel harder than a combat quest? Because Celeste sends you across three Arc Raiders maps for objectives that look obvious on paper, then hides the real test in positioning, timing, and staying alive long enough to confirm progress. Keep the Dam Surveillance Key protected, treat ARC Raiders Items as gear you only risk with a purpose, and remember that this assignment is about reconnaissance-not clearing every building you enter.
Start With the Only Objective That Can Cost You Progress
Water Treatment Control on Dam Battlegrounds should be your first stop. This is the lone step that needs the Dam Surveillance Key Celeste provides after A Better Use, so carrying it into Spaceport or Buried City makes no sense. Enter Water Treatment Control from the south, take the right-hand interior corridor, then turn right again to find the locked door near the security camera. Open it, cross fully into the room, and wait for the quest update before touching the loot. The door is not the objective; the room is.
Dam Run Discipline
Most failed Dam attempts come from greed rather than poor aim. The locked room has loot points, but that does not mean every container deserves another thirty seconds of exposure. From what I've seen, the best run is the one where you complete the check, do a fast scan, and leave through the route that is currently quiet-not necessarily the route you planned at spawn.
Put the Dam Surveillance Key in your safe pocket before deployment.
Do enter the locked room and verify the notification.
Do not linger to min-max low-value loot if you hear movement nearby.
Do not bring the key into an unrelated Arc Raiders run.
The Rocket Thruster Is a Position Check, Not an Interaction
Spaceport is where players waste time hunting for a button that does not exist. Head southwest from Rocket Assembly toward the open ground in the direction of Control Tower A6, then move behind the southwestern rocket thruster on its southern side. Stand there briefly until the task registers. You need no special item, no terminal, and no DPS build for this part. If you are sorting a loadout or comparing ARC Raiders Bp for sale options before the run, prioritize mobility and a clean exit plan over expensive kit.
Do This, Not That, at Spaceport
The thruster zone is exposed, which makes it deceptively risky. Do use buildings, debris, and elevation changes to break sightlines on the approach. Do not sprint straight from Rocket Assembly and assume the open ground is harmless because the objective itself takes seconds. Once the confirmation appears, rotate away immediately; there is no quest value in standing beside the rocket while another squad gets a free angle.
Floor Six Is the Buried City Knowledge Check
The Space Travel Building objective is another proximity trigger, but vertical routing makes it the most confusing stop. Reach floor six, take the main hallway to the right, pass the large wall sign, and use the second right toward the barricaded meeting-room area. Stairs are usually the calmer choice when the interior sounds empty. A rooftop entry can shorten the climb, although it may expose you before you get inside. The doorway's state does not matter as much as reaching the correct floor-six area.
| Map | Target | What Confirms It |
|---|---|---|
| Dam Battlegrounds | Water Treatment Control | Enter the unlocked room |
| Spaceport | Southwest thruster | Stand behind it briefly |
| Buried City | Space Travel, floor six | Reach the barricaded area |
Finish the Quest, Then Think About Loot
Greasing Her Palms can be completed in any map order, but Dam first removes the key dependency, Buried City second favors a light interior-ready loadout, and Spaceport last keeps the most exposed check low-stakes. Your reward is a Lure Grenade Blueprint plus three Speaker Components and three Electrical Components. The blueprint is the real prize, yet the bigger lesson is useful throughout Arc Raiders: confirm the objective, reassess the audio and sightlines, then decide if the loot grind is still worth the risk.
