Season 15's returning Uniques could shake up Diablo 4 more than another round of raw DPS buffs. You'll want enough D4 Gold for testing, but the real expense will be rebuilding your loadout around effects that ask you to play differently.

The Nine Items, Sorted by Their Actual Job

The Season 15 PTR preview lists nine legacy Uniques. Leoric's Crown, Nemesis Bracers, Stone of Jordan, and Squirt's Blouse are open to every class. Arioc's Needle is limited to Barbarian, Druid, and Spiritborn; Henri's Perquisition supports Sorcerer, Necromancer, and Warlock; In-Geom works with Barbarian, Druid, Rogue, Necromancer, Paladin, and Warlock; The Furnace and Messerschmidt's Reaver cover several heavy-weapon classes. Messerschmidt's Reaver wasn't available during the PTR, so any ranking that treats it as solved is guessing.

Which Builds Should Care First?

Leoric's Crown is the biggest theorycrafting piece because it occupies the helm slot while counting as jewelry and boosts a helm gem's effect by 75-100 percent in the test version. That can justify a full rebuild, but it also means losing a helm power that may support resource flow, defense, or cooldown uptime. Stone of Jordan looks easier to slot into elemental setups: if your damage conversion and resistance plan already point toward one element, the ring can make that focus do double duty.

Use Leoric's Crown only when the gem bonus changes your build's main scaling plan.
Test Stone of Jordan beside your current ring before sacrificing a damage proc.
Save Nemesis Bracers for dense farming content, not automatic Pit pushing.

Speed, Elite Packs, or Boss Damage?

These Uniques aren't competing for one universal tier list. They solve different activity problems, and that matters more than a tooltip's biggest number.

Don't Sleep on the Specialist Weapons

Arioc's Needle hinges on Deadly Strike, but its real value depends on how consistently that effect works with direct attacks, damage over time, bleeding, and other skill types. Henri's Perquisition is even more targeted, converting stacked Dexterity into extra primary-stat value for eligible classes. From what I've seen, items like these usually reward players who test a complete skill loop rather than equip the item and stare at the character sheet. A huge stat roll means little if it doesn't improve resource control, survivability, or reliable DPS in actual endgame pulls.

Mythic Upgrades Change the Slot Math

The PTR preview describes a path that can turn an existing Unique into a Mythic version while retaining its affixes and modifications. Mythic versions of former iconic items and Mythic-quality Charms also give players more ways to keep a favorite effect without accepting its original slot forever. That sounds flexible, but don't upgrade on reputation alone. First test the Unique in the activity you care about, then compare the cost of preserving it against the power of the item it replaces.

A Practical Season 15 Test Plan

Rebirth lets an Eternal character enter the Seasonal realm at level one while keeping its name, class, appearance, and cosmetic identity. Equipment and inventory don't carry over, so move anything valuable into the Eternal stash before confirming. For PTR-style testing and early-season planning, build one farming loadout and one boss loadout instead of forcing every returning Unique into the same setup. I could be wrong but, based on the listed effects, Leoric's Crown has the widest build impact, while In-Geom may become the everyday favorite for players who value clear speed.
