Ottawa Senators Tristen Nielsen Jersey forward Scott Sabourin was taken off the ice in a stretcher Saturday after a nasty collision with Boston Bruins forward David Backes. Video replay shows the two players' headscollide as Sabourin initiates contact just inside the Boston defensive zone. Sabourin, 27, immediately falls to the ice and may have been knocked unconscious from the initial contact he hits his head once more on the ice. Warning: The video below contains graphic content.
